IOWA’S RIDE EXPO

Join us for a one-day outdoor expo held the day before IOWA’S RIDE begins in the start town of Dubuque, Iowa. The expo located at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds will feature exhibitors with the latest in bicycling equipment, clothing and more.  There will also be food, drink and entertainment in this expo area. (The EXPO application is not for food vendors. All food and drink will be handled by Dubuque County Fairgrounds)

Open to the public, this event could attract more than 5,000 visitors interested in cycling, tourism destinations and more.

Be an Exhibitor

Register Online at Events.com and pay by credit card, or download a paper application and mail it along with your check for payment.

As an exhibitor you will receive:

  • Exhibitor space with options for a 10×10 or 10×20 tent with enough room for a small vehicle or supplies
  • Offsite parking for extra vehicles
  • Access to electricity and wi-fi will be limited, check on availability if needed

Exhibitor Pricing

  • Non-Profit Booth Registration $150
    ( 10×10 Booth, plus room for your vehicle behind your booth)
  • For Profit Booth Registration $300
    ( 10×10 Booth, plus room for your vehicle behind your booth)
  • Non-Profit Large Booth Registration $200
    (These booths are larger than the standard 10×10 booth with room for your vehicle. Select this option if you are looking for at least a 20×20 Booth, plus room for your vehicle behind your booth. )
  • For Profit Large Booth Registration $400
    (These booths are larger than the standard 10×10 booth with room for your vehicle. Select this option if you are looking for at least a 20×20 Booth, plus room for your vehicle behind your booth. )

Set-Up Logistics
Load in and build begins at 8:00 am on Saturday.  Limited setup is available for Friday evening, but there won’t be any security overnight on Friday.  The expo starts at 12:00 noon.

The IOWA’S RIDE EXPO is an outdoor event, and will be held regardless of weather.  Iowa weather in July can be hot and humid, and there is always a chance for thunderstorms. Come prepared to secure your exhibit in case of high winds and rain.
